Step 1. You call and reach a person

Call at any hour and a person picks up. We ask three things. What burned, whether the fire department has released the building, and whether the power and gas are off. Then we dispatch.

Step 2. We secure the building

The first job is closing the place up. We board up broken windows and doors, and we tarp the roof where it is open. Weather and everything else stays outside.

This comes first because an open building keeps taking damage every night it sits. Rain, wind and animals all find an open roof.

Step 3. A free estimate, walked with you

We go through the property with you before any cleaning starts. It costs nothing and there is nothing to sign.

We show you room by room how far the smoke traveled. That includes rooms that look fine from the doorway, so we meter and inspect instead of guessing. You get the worst case in writing, plus a number the job stays under.

Step 4. Soot removal, cleaning and odor

Containment goes up first, so soot stays out of the clean parts of the building. Every air mover, dehumidifier and HEPA scrubber is cleaned before it comes inside.

Soot comes off with the method each surface calls for. Material that stays dirty comes out, and we explain why before it goes. Contents are cleaned and tracked on their own list. Odor work comes last, once the source is gone, because sealing over smoke fails. Any water the fire crews left gets metered and dried at the same time, with daily readings.

Step 5. Your invoice and the timeline

Billing comes after the work is finished. We bill time and materials against IICRC standards, priced from a current Xactimate list. Every line traces back to something a person did or a machine ran.

The invoice reaches you within three to five business days of the job closing, and terms are Net 30. You also get the full file: 360 room scans, photos, video and daily logs. Financing is available if paying in one go is hard.
