Same-Day Water Damage Restoration in East Tennessee
Free inspection • All insurance accepted • IICRC certified
Did a pipe burst, a water heater fail or an appliance leak? Water travels further than the stain you can see. We find it, take it out and dry your home, and we handle the paperwork for your claim. Call any hour. The inspection is free.
How we handle water damage restoration in East Tennessee
Shut off the water if you can reach the valve, and stay away from wet outlets. Then call. Someone answers at any hour. In the Tri-Cities our emergency crews are on site within 60 minutes, and we reach the Knoxville corridor the same day.
At the free inspection, we follow the water with moisture meters and a thermal camera, through walls, under cabinets and into the crawlspace, and we photograph every room.
We extract the standing water first with truck-mounted and portable extractors. Nothing dries while water is sitting.
Then we dry the structure with air movers, dehumidifiers and rescue mats under the flooring. A technician checks it every day, and most jobs take three to five days.
We write the estimate in Xactimate, the same software insurance companies use, and we work directly with your insurance company on the claim. If something is not covered, financing is available.

Water damage restoration questions we answer most
The ones we get on almost every job.
Where does water damage usually come from?
Most of what we see is a burst or frozen supply line, a water heater that gave out, an appliance hose behind a washer or dishwasher, or a toilet that overflowed. Storms and a sewage backup account for the rest. What matters more than the source is how long it ran before somebody found it.
Does an inspection open an insurance claim or commit me to anything?
No. Looking at your house is not filing anything, and the written assessment costs nothing either way. Filing is your decision and yours to do, because the policy is yours. If you go ahead, you sign an authorization then, and not before.
Will filing a claim raise my rates?
We cannot answer that, and anyone who tells you they can is guessing at your policy and your carrier's rules. What we can do is give you a scope priced in Xactimate before you decide, so you can weigh the number against your deductible and choose with real figures in front of you.
How long does the whole thing take?
Extraction is hours, drying is usually three to five days, and the paperwork runs alongside both. The building is dry when the readings match a dry sample of the same material, which is the only end date worth quoting. If material has to come out, that adds time and we say so at the assessment.
Do I need all of this, or just the water taken out?
That depends on what got wet. A small spill on tile may need extraction and a day of air movers. Water that reached drywall, insulation or a subfloor needs the drying stage too, or it comes back as mold growth in a month. We measure first and tell you which one you have.
