Uncle Conrad could fix just about anything. When a neighbor was in trouble he grabbed his tools and got there fast. He never made anyone feel like a job on a list. We named the company after him because that is the standard we want to be held to. We are family owned, based in Johnson City, and we cover the Tri-Cities and the Knoxville corridor.

Here is the part most folks never get told. When you file a claim, your carrier may point you toward a company on their preferred vendor list. You do not have to use them. You can hire whoever you want, same as picking your own body shop after a wreck. It matters more than it sounds. A crew the carrier sends is under contract with the carrier. When you hire us, we are under contract with you.

That changes how the work gets done. The quick money in this trade is tearing everything out and running fans. We would rather open a wall from the side that costs you least. We dry floors another crew would have hauled to the curb. You get a written scope up front, so you know what you are facing.

We are back every day with moisture readings, and we document all of it. Your adjuster gets what they need to keep the claim moving. And every job ends the way it would have ended with him. A piece of candy and a thank-you note, signed, left on the counter.
