Same-Day Mold Remediation in East Tennessee
Free inspection • All insurance accepted • IICRC certified
Is there a musty smell in a closed room, or dark growth on drywall after a leak? We find the moisture feeding it, remove the mold safely and dry the area so it does not come back. Call any hour. The inspection is free.
How we handle mold remediation in East Tennessee
Call and tell us what leaked, how long it sat and which rooms smell musty. Do not scrub or spray the growth before we arrive, because disturbing it spreads spores. Someone answers at any hour, and we can usually be there the same day.
At the free inspection, we find the moisture first. Killing mold without fixing what feeds it only buys a few months, so we check walls, floors and the crawlspace with moisture meters.
We seal off the work area and run air scrubbers, so spores stay inside the containment and out of the rest of your home.
Drywall and insulation that mold has grown through come out. Framing, concrete and other hard surfaces get cleaned and treated.
We dry the area until the readings say it is dry. We write the estimate in Xactimate, the same software insurance companies use, and we work directly with your insurance company on the claim. If something is not covered, financing is available.

Why homeowners call us for mold remediation
Someone answers day or night
Someone answers our phone at any hour, holidays included. If water is still coming in, our emergency crews are on site within 60 minutes in the Tri-Cities, and we reach the Knoxville corridor the same day.
A free inspection, no commitment
We look at the growth and the moisture behind it, explain what has to come out, and put it in writing. You decide whether we do the work.
We accept all insurance
We work directly with your insurance company. When mold follows a covered leak, we document the leak and the damage, so your claim shows the cause.
Financing if you need it
If your policy does not cover everything, or you would rather not file a claim, financing is available.

Mold remediation questions we answer most
The ones we get on almost every job.
Do I need a mold test before you can start?
Not usually. If you can see it and smell it, what matters is finding the water feeding it and getting the room contained. Testing is worth paying for when you want an independent reading of the air before and after, and that should come from an inspector who is not us.
Will the mold come back after you remediate it?
It comes back if the moisture does. That is why we chase the leak, the condensation or the crawlspace ground water first, and dry the structure out before we close anything up. Remove growth without fixing the water and you are booking us again next year.
Can I stay in the house while you work?
Usually yes. The work area is sheeted off and held under negative pressure, with HEPA air scrubbers running inside it, so the rest of the house is not part of the job. If anyone in the house has asthma or a breathing condition, tell us and we will talk through the room layout.
Does my insurance cover mold remediation?
It depends on what caused it. A sudden failure, like a supply line that burst last week, is usually a different conversation from mold that grew slowly off a long term leak. We document what we find, price the scope in Xactimate and build the file your insurer asks for. Filing the claim is yours to do.
How long does mold remediation take?
Small jobs, one room and one wet wall, are often a day of removal and then a few days of drying. Bigger ones run longer because the containment has to come down in stages. Drying itself usually runs three to five days, and someone is back every day to read conditions and move equipment.
