   At the free inspection, we find the source. Smoke odor hides in insulation, carpet pad, ductwork and wall cavities, so we look behind vents and outlets and in the attic.

   We remove or clean the material holding the smell, and we show you each piece before it leaves the house.

   Then we clean the ductwork the smell traveled through and run air scrubbers for several days. Where framing still holds odor after cleaning, we seal it with an odor-blocking primer.

   Before we finish, we close up the house, run the heat and check that the smell is gone. We write the estimate in Xactimate, the same software insurance companies use, and we work directly with your insurance company on the claim. If something is not covered, financing is available.
